 Abby, RDH
Abby graduated in 2004 from Erie Community College in Buffalo, NY where she was a member of Phi Theta Kappa. Additionally she was recognized by the Academy of Dentistry for Persons with Disabilities for her outstanding research and understanding of patients with special needs. Abby is known for her infectious laughter as well as her passion for educating patients on proper dental homecare. Originally from Northern Virginia, she enjoys spending time with her tight-knit family and her pug Weezer. Abby also finds great enjoyment volunteering with The Yellow Ribbon Fund and Wounded Warriors.

 Donna, RDH
Donna was born and raised in Yorktown, Va and recently became a Northern Virginia resident. She graduated from West Liberty University with a Bachelors of Science in dental hygiene. Donna worked as a dental hygienist in Richmond for 3 years prior to joining Dr. Costa's team in April 2012. In her free time she enjoys biking, watching the Steelers and spending time with friends and family.

 Ceci, Dental Assistant
Ceci has been a dental assistant for the past 12 years. She enjoys working with people and is passionate about her job. She received multiple certifications in dental education and assisting from NVCC. Ceci is originally from Chile and enjoys traveling with her husband and kids.

 Dani, Dental Assistant
Originally from Bolivia, Dani moved to the NOVA area in 2005. She has worked as a dental assistant for 6 years and still loves every bit of it. Dani loves to make patients smile and greatly enjoys working in the fun and positive environment of Dr. Costa’s office. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, dancing, crocheting and travelling. Dani and her husband also volunteer for Pit-bull Rescues.

 Jessica, Dental Assistant
Jessica is a native of Northern Virginia and has been a dental assistant since 2005. She is currently enrolled in the dental hygiene program at NVCC and looking forward to beginning her career as a hygienist. Jessica is an avid animal lover and in her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family.

 Denise, Financial Coordinator
Denise graduated from MSU with a Master of Science in 2007. She has worked in the dental field since 1999 and is currently the "insurance specialist" in the office. Denise believes it is important to make every patient's financial experience a positive one and strives every day to achieve that job. Denise is married with two children and enjoys spending much of her free time with her family.

 Michelle, Patient Care Coordinator
Another native of Northern Virginia, Michelle started with the practice in May of 2011. She has been in the dental field for longer than she can remember. She has attended NOVA, has had several experiences with Practice Management Companies along with other varied forms of continuing education for the dental field. She enjoys outdoor activities in addition to reading and yoga.
